How do you grow them?
We grow our Sunny Shoots hydroponically in trays on non-soil growing mats under grow lights.

Prior to use, growing trays are disinfected. The plants are bottom watered daily to keep them from sitting in too much water to prevent mildew growth. We use a non-soil based growing mat to avoid soil or compost from touching the plants. Finally, cut Sunny Shoots are immediately refrigerated to prevent bacterial growth.
